GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS
We reserve the right to cancel lessons partly or completely if snow or weather conditions do not allow regular instruction. Our instructors work in all weather conditions. Booked lessons may be cancelled only if the mountain cableways cease operation.
Partial refund due to accident or illness is only possible with a doctor's certificate.
Reservations for lessons may only be cancelled by contacting us at info@benandjoes.com or calling us at +41 79 738 53 41 by 18:00 the evening before the day of the lesson. Reservations for group lessons may only be cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of the class. Otherwise we will charge the full fee as per the booking.
Ben & Joe’s, ski and snowboarding lessons, do not accept any responsibility for accidents or their consequences occurring during instruction.
Participants must arrange their own insurance
PAYMENT
We accept bank transfer, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express and good old cash.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Klosters.
